These terms govern access to the CyberAxis website, registered resource hub, Templates & Checklists library, and Security Awareness Studio.

Permitted use

Registered users may read, download and circulate CyberAxis resources internally within their organization. Where the Studio permits branding, users may add their organization name, logo, management message and internal reporting contacts.

CyberAxis credit and ownership

CyberAxis retains ownership of its original content, design framework and branding. Users must not remove, obscure or misrepresent the CyberAxis credit embedded in a resource. Registration does not transfer intellectual-property rights or permit resale, sublicensing, public redistribution, or presentation of CyberAxis content as independently authored material.

User information and communications

Registration requires accurate professional information, acceptance of these terms, acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy, and consent to receive cybersecurity recommendations, advisories, awareness updates and newsletters. Users may contact CyberAxis regarding their data or communications preferences.

Security and acceptable conduct

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, automate abusive requests, upload malicious files, bypass access controls, or use the resources for unlawful activity. CyberAxis may suspend access that creates security, legal or operational risk.

Guidance limitation

Resources are general awareness and planning material. They do not replace organization-specific legal, regulatory, risk, technical or professional advice. Users remain responsible for validating content before internal adoption.

Availability and changes

CyberAxis may update, replace, restrict or withdraw resources and may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.
