Privacy Policy
We collect contact details submitted through forms (such as name, email, phone, company and inquiry details) to respond to requests, deliver services, improve our offerings, and meet legal obligations. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. We do not sell personal information. Users may request access, correction or deletion of their data subject to applicable law.
For registered resource users, we also collect the official email address, optional personal email, company size, mandatory consent records, and an optional company logo. We record resource access, consumption, customization, download and email-delivery activity to provide the user's six-month history, protect restricted resources, and understand company-level engagement. Company logos are stored under randomized names, served only through authenticated routes, and reused in Awareness Studio at the user's request. CyberAxis administrators may retain longer audit and engagement records where necessary for security, legal, operational and business purposes.
